Location: Onsite in Redwood City, California, United States
Salary: $98,000 base salary per year; $111,000 OTE

What you will do
- Build and maintain AI agents and automations that generate ads, emails, social posts, and other marketing content.
- Instrument and monitor live campaigns to connect marketing programs with pipeline and ARR impact.
- Map marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced leads through the funnel from MQL to closed won.
- Prototype reusable templates and agents for recurring content formats such as magazine ads, digital postcards, newsletters, banners, social posts, and flyers.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, CEO, and vertical product managers to align automations with campaign needs.
Requirements
- Comfort writing code and a GitHub account with example work.
- Strong interest in applying AI and agents to marketing problems.
- Ability to independently turn rough campaign ideas into working automations.
- Willingness to give and receive direct, in-the-moment feedback.
- Ability to work onsite at the Redwood City office.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying simple applications or services with platforms such as Vercel, Cloudflare Workers, or Coder.
- Familiarity with marketing and growth concepts, including MQLs, attribution, and funnel metrics.
- Experience using LLM tools such as Claude Code or Codex to build end-to-end workflows.
