Associate Marketing Manager (Digital Gaming)

Location: El Segundo, California, United States; in-office Monday–Thursday and work from home on Fridays

Salary: $112,000–$140,000 annual

What you will do

• Support brand and product marketing strategy for licensed digital game titles across hirify.global’s global brands.
• Review go-to-market plans, creative assets, and marketing activations with licensees.
• Coordinate marketing plans and feedback with Production, PR, Brand, Franchise, and Legal teams.
• Use hirify.global marketing channels to increase visibility and support for digital gaming initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance with licensees and identify optimization opportunities.
• Present marketing updates to Digital Games, Product, Retail, and Franchise teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing experience within the gaming industry.
• Experience driving successful marketing campaigns for well-known brands.
• Knowledge of brand management, product marketing, channel marketing, user acquisition, and social media.
• Strong time management, planning, project execution, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
