Brand Media Senior Associate (AI)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution of cross-channel Brand Media campaigns in line with client goals and strategies.
• Manage media operations, including partner coordination, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
• Build relationships with media partners and collaborate on creative, effective campaigns.
• Use data, research, performance history, and audience insights to select partners and guide campaign decisions.
• Support RFPs, evaluate proposals, negotiate rates, and help design bespoke campaigns.
• Share performance insights, use AI and automation to improve efficiency, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital media strategy, campaign management, media partnerships, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in Account Planning and Brand Media.
• Experience with content creation, media publishers, cross-functional collaboration, and 360-degree media strategies.
• Strong knowledge of marketing metrics, planning and analysis, market research, and consumer behavior.
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel, plus strong relationship-building and people-focused leadership skills.
