Associate Technical Consultant - Application Development

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid workplace. The role requires willingness to travel to support client projects and shadowing opportunities 50% or more of the time.

Salary: $80,000–$88,000 per year in on-target earnings, including base salary and any applicable target bonus.

Requirements

• Existing U.S. work authorization is required.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more of the time for client projects and shadowing opportunities.
• Degree in a technical discipline completed by January 11, 2027, or successful completion of a technical-related bootcamp.
• Working knowledge of application development.
• Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, take initiative, and solve problems.

• Prior internship, co-op, or research experience in IT, software, or a related field.
