Salary: USD 75,000–90,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop technical solutions across software engineering, infrastructure, security, data, and architecture.
- Apply artificial intelligence, automation, cloud platforms, data solutions, and software engineering practices to business challenges.
- Research and evaluate scalable, secure, maintainable, and business-aligned solutions.
- Analyze complex requirements, make recommendations, and communicate with stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with business and technology partners to deliver measurable value.
- Complete technical, business, and professional competency training within the rotational program.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Curiosity, learning agility, adaptability, and commitment to continuous professional development.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, build productive relationships, and work independently when appropriate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Exposure to programming languages, data platforms, cloud technologies, automation tools, or related disciplines preferred.
