What you will do

• Take accountability for an HR IT product team focused on delivery and operational excellence.
• Lead and develop a distributed team within the Applications Shared Services domain.
• Define the HR IT product strategy and roadmap, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• Align priorities with HR stakeholders across group, business area, and local company levels.
• Coordinate HR IT demands from concept through implementation and ensure smooth operations.
• Drive service quality, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and team development.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of HR IT experience, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and HR process implementation.
• Experience managing international projects, application services, and diverse HR-related initiatives.
• Knowledge of IT service management and On-Premise, Hybrid, and Cloud delivery models.
• Excellent German and English skills, together with strong communication and leadership abilities.
