What you will do

• Implement hirify.global banking solutions for development banks.
• Work directly with clients to modernize core banking processes.
• Integrate banking software into existing system landscapes.
• Contribute to the end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and long-term evolution of platform modules.
• Apply digital transformation expertise and banking-specific requirements to solve complex customer problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, business, finance, economics, physics, mathematics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience successfully implementing digital transformation projects.
• Experience in financial services is beneficial.
• SAP expertise is not mandatory.
• Customer-focused mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
