Business Experience & Planning Specialist Senior

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA or Little Falls, NJ, United States

Base salary: $63,750–$127,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

hirify.global's Retail Network Planning organization develops and evolves the physical branch experience across its retail network.

What you will do

• Support branch planning, design evaluations, scope development, and reviews of proposed design solutions.
• Review architectural and design drawings against branch standards, brand standards, customer experience objectives, and the Kit of Parts.
• Support renovation, refresh, de novo, pilot, and future branch experience initiatives.
• Identify and resolve design challenges with creative, practical, and customer-focused solutions.
• Partner with Branch Network Planning Advisors, Realty Services, Design & Construction, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
• Create presentations and visual communications that convey design intent and recommendations.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor's degree, with 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Proficiency in reading floor plans, construction documentation, and architectural details.
• Strong design expertise, visualization skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
• Experience with visualizations, design documentation, presentations, and other visual communication materials.
• This is an in-office position based in Pittsburgh, PA or Little Falls, NJ.

Nice to have

• AutoCAD and SketchUp experience.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
