Senior Designer (Interior Design/Architecture)

Location: Los Angeles, CA; hybrid work with three days together in the studio and additional onsite work as projects require. Candidates must be local to one of the studios.

Salary: $90,000–$140,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead architecture and interior design projects from conception through realization.
• Develop concepts and articulate clear design intent across all project phases.
• Guide designers and mentor design staff while collaborating with Creative Directors and Design Directors.
• Translate brand narratives and big ideas into cohesive, functional, and buildable spatial experiences.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and consultants to evolve and coordinate project solutions.
• Manage coordination across documentation, budgets, schedules, and approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 8+ years of experience in an architecture or design studio.
• Strong experience leading project teams through concept design, design development, and delivery.
• Fluency and working knowledge of Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and documentation workflows.
• Strong graphic, organizational, communication, conceptual design, and detailing skills.
• Must be local to one of the studios and available for regular onsite work in a hybrid environment.

Nice to have

• State licensure or active pursuit of licensure.
• Experience coordinating consultants, budgets, schedules, and approvals.
