Health Cloud Solution Architect

Location: Remote in Canada, limited to Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario. Travel to client sites may be required, with anticipated travel of up to 25%.

What you will do

• Lead functional solution design for Salesforce Health Cloud using healthcare data models and native capabilities.
• Run discovery and design workshops with payer, provider, medtech, distribution, and pharma stakeholders.
• Produce data model mappings, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and formal design sign-off artifacts.
• Design regulated healthcare solutions covering PHI, HIPAA, BAAs, consent, encryption, sharing, and audit requirements.
• Shape integrations and end-to-end architecture across Data 360, Agentforce, Service Cloud Voice, Field Service, Revenue Cloud, MuleSoft, EHRs, and core administration systems.
• Support build teams, UAT, deployment gates, pre-sales, reusable reference architectures, practice enablement, and team mentoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce consulting, solution architecture, or business analysis experience, including 2+ years designing and delivering Salesforce Health Cloud solutions on at least two full-lifecycle implementations.
• Direct healthcare industry experience with payers, providers or IDNs, medical devices or distribution, or pharma.
• Practical knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling, and BAAs, including their impact on data models, sharing, encryption, consent, and audit.
• Deep knowledge of Health Cloud features including Person Accounts, Care Programs, Care Plans, Provider and Payer models, benefits verification, referrals, Utilization Management, and Intelligent Document Processing.
• Experience leading stakeholder workshops, documenting design decisions, and integrating healthcare systems such as Epic, HL7/FHIR, claims, administration, billing, or order platforms.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed; candidates must be located in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional and Application or Solution Architect credentials.
• Salesforce Industries, OmniStudio, Data 360, Agentforce, Service Cloud Voice, Field Service, or Revenue Cloud experience.
• Life Sciences Cloud or Veeva CRM experience, including perspectives on Veeva-to-Life Sciences Cloud migrations.
• Experience with payer distribution channels, integrated delivery networks, or healthcare practice and center-of-excellence development.
