IT Business Systems Architect (NetSuite)

What you will do

• Own the reference architecture, systems maps, data flows, integration inventory, and technical standards for the enterprise business systems landscape.
• Architect and oversee integrations across NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and adjacent SaaS platforms.
• Define master data, canonical entity models, identity architecture, SSO, SCIM provisioning, lifecycle automation, and least-privilege access models.
• Lead architecture reviews, solution design, implementation oversight, environment management, change control, release management, and rollback practices.
• Partner with Finance, People, Revenue, Clinical Operations, Engineering, Legal, and the AI Program team on business systems strategy and automation.
• Support SOX, HIPAA, and SOC 2 audit readiness through access controls, segregation of duties, logging, and audit trails.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT, business systems, or solutions architecture, including 3+ years in an architect capacity.
• Deep hands-on NetSuite experience, including implementation, customization, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and saved searches.
• Strong knowledge of Okta, Google Workspace administration, and Slack Enterprise Grid.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS integrations with iPaaS tools, REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and event streams.
• Experience designing identity and access controls aligned with SOX, HIPAA, and SOC 2, together with knowledge of zero-trust principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain architecture and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, telehealth, or other highly regulated industry experience.
• Atlassian tooling at scale, including Jira Service Management, Confluence, Atlassian Guard, and Automation.
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Fivetran, analytics integrations, or AI/LLM capabilities in enterprise workflows.
• NetSuite, Okta, TOGAF, or comparable professional certifications.
