Salary: $150,000–$165,000 annually

What you will do

• Own quality strategy and release readiness across multiple engineering and product teams.
• Provide go/no-go quality recommendations and ensure test plans, execution, end-to-end coverage, and integration coverage before production releases.
• Develop and improve automated testing processes within CI/CD workflows.
• Review and maintain automation frameworks, test repositories, scripts, and code quality standards.
• Train quality engineers, developers, and other partners on testing practices, code reviews, architecture reviews, and quality standards.
• Use customer feedback, incidents, and test results to improve quality processes and represent the customer perspective.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience involving scalable software design.
• 6+ years of experience as an SDET or in a similar role developing automated frameworks and tests.
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience across multiple quality teams, including responsibility for 8–10 direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, CI/CD, web technologies, RESTful services, and automated test architecture.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver or Playwright, performance testing, security defect evaluation, and AI integrations involving agentic AI or RAG models.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, and iterative software development; occasional flexibility is required for incident response.

Nice to have

• Experience developing mobile testing frameworks.
• ASQ CSQE or ISTQB Advanced certification, including CTAL-TM, CTAL-TAE, CT-ATLaS, CT-GenAI, or CT-AI.
