What you will do

• Define enterprise strategies, standards, roadmaps, and reference architectures for Test Data Management, test automation, continuous testing, and quality engineering.
• Lead Test Data Management capabilities including Delphix virtualization, data masking, synthetic data generation, self-service provisioning, lifecycle management, and environment optimization.
• Design and govern testing frameworks for functional, API, integration, end-to-end, regression, performance, continuous, and user acceptance testing.
• Integrate testing tools and test data services with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, application environments, monitoring, and reporting platforms.
• Review architectures, designs, pull requests, automation coverage, and implementation approaches for security, compliance, resiliency, and engineering quality.
• Lead enterprise onboarding, transformation initiatives, technology evaluations, communities of practice, and communication with architecture, engineering, security, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree with at least 7 years of systems analysis or application development experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of such experience; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Expert proficiency in at least one relevant programming language and professional proficiency in at least one additional relevant programming language.
• Experience implementing enterprise testing, automation, quality engineering, or Test Data Management solutions.
• Experience creating enterprise standards, frameworks, governance processes, reference architectures, and implementation patterns.
• Experience integrating testing capabilities into DevOps and CI/CD delivery pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, DevOps, software quality engineering, risk management, information security, data privacy, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Delphix, SmartBear Zephyr, Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, Postman, GitLab, GitLab CI/CD, Jira, and REST Assured.
• Experience with enterprise Test Data Management, data masking, synthetic test data, test environment optimization, and quality engineering standards.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives, enterprise transformation efforts, and technology evaluations involving AI-assisted testing and intelligent automation.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience presenting to senior technology leaders, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
