Inventory Control Clerk (9:30am to 5:30pm)

Medical device manufacturing organization producing implants for spinal and orthopedic applications and instrumentation cases.

What you will do

• Maintain release assembly work orders for the shop floor.
• Kit parts for assemblies based on work-order requirements and verify kit quantities.
• Conduct scheduled facility inventory audits and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Receive, count, and assign locations to parts in the ERP system.
• Identify non-moving inventory and coordinate follow-up with a supervisor.
• Review operational improvement opportunities related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and technology.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read part drawings.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to perform required physical activities and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other departments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
