Salesforce Technical Architect, AI and Agentforce

Location: Remote in Canada, limited to Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario

What you will do

• Architect and execute technical solutions for Salesforce Agentforce and related technologies.
• Design agentic topics, instructions, actions, automation, code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
• Collaborate with customers, project managers, solution architects, developers, and UX designers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Oversee projects from initial design through development, testing, and deployment.
• Establish scalable data-ingestion best practices for Salesforce agentic solutions.
• Track new capabilities across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other AI platforms while contributing reusable delivery assets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of application and software development experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure to Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce, plus front-end technologies including HTML and CSS.
• Strong communication skills, source control and pull request experience, and familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI systems and generative AI capabilities.
• Additional Salesforce certifications, especially Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist.
