Salesforce Technical Architect, AI and Agentforce

What you will do

• Architect and execute technical solutions for Agentforce and related technologies.
• Design agentic topics, instructions, actions, supporting automation and code, deployment methods, and data structures.
• Translate customer needs into well-architected solutions in collaboration with project managers, solution architects, developers, and UX designers.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment.
• Establish scalable Salesforce data-ingestion best practices for agentic solutions.
• Explore new Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platform capabilities while contributing reusable delivery assets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of application and software development experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure to Python, Java, C#, or other modern programming languages.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce, plus front-end principles including HTML and CSS.
• Experience with source control, branching and pull request strategies, CI/CD solutions, and DevOps principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI systems and generative AI capabilities.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist certification.
