Project Manager, Service & Repair (MedTech)

Location: Danvers, Massachusetts, United States of America. The role is onsite and requires up to 10% travel.

Salary: $79,000–$127,650 per year, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional service and repair projects covering operational scaling, CAPAs, process improvements, and sustaining activities.
• Manage CAPA workflows, including root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and verification activities.
• Coordinate component replacements, redesigns, and system upgrades to extend product life and maintain compliance.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Cybersecurity, Supply Chain, Service, and Manufacturing teams to improve quality, cost, manufacturability, flexibility, and operational efficiency.
• Plan project milestones, timelines, resources, budgets, forecasts, and risk mitigation activities.
• Maintain project records, progress reports, audit materials, and regulatory documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of project management experience in service, repair, maintenance, construction, or field service operations.
• Experience managing CAPAs, lifecycle projects, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Strong understanding of design controls, risk management, FDA requirements, ISO standards, and technical documentation.
• Strong project coordination, communication, leadership, multitasking, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
