Designer (Casual Jersey)

What you will do

• Support the Senior Designer and Head of Design from initial concepts, mood boards, and colour palettes through final product sign-off.
• Develop casual jersey collections spanning elevated basics, sweats, washes, graphics, trims, and licensed products.
• Research street style, runway shows, social media, cultural shifts, and competitor activity to identify emerging trends.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Merchandisers, and Garment Technologists to deliver commercially relevant products at pace.
• Present concepts and ranges clearly to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience designing jersey products.
• Strong understanding of jersey fabrications, garment construction, fit, fabric sourcing, wash development, techniques, and trims.
• Ability to translate trends from catwalk, social media, high street, and other categories into jersey products.
• Experience building inspirational graphic collections; licensed product development experience is desirable.
• Commercial judgement combined with strong creative direction and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency in Procreate, Photoshop, and current AI digital design tools.
