What you will do

• Design menswear tailoring collections including blazers, suits, formal trousers, coats, and smart casual separates.
• Research international runway, street style, and sartorial trends and adapt them into commercial ranges.
• Apply detailed knowledge of tailored construction, canvas types, shoulder pads, linings, and technical fabric blends.
• Produce accurate CADs, range plans, technical specification packs, and CAD layouts for international factories.
• Collaborate with sourcing specialists, buyers, garment technologists, pattern cutters, suppliers, and global teams.
• Respond to fast-track briefs and manage multiple seasonal drops against tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing commercial menswear or womenswear formalwear and tailoring.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for CAD renders and technical packs.
• Strong knowledge of suiting fabrics, including wool blends, linens, and performance textiles.
• Experience with high-volume retail, established tailoring brands, or global suppliers.
• Strong communication, organisation, resilience, and the ability to manage tight production calendars.
• A digital portfolio demonstrating direct menswear tailoring design and CAD work is mandatory; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience with sustainable fabrications and innovative construction techniques.
• Curiosity about modern formalwear trends and commercial product development.
