AI Solutions Architect / Copilot Developer (Microsoft Power Platform)

Location: Remote within the United States, with work aligned to the Eastern Time Zone. No travel required.

What you will do

• Partner with clients to identify opportunities for practical AI improvements and clarify ambiguous business problems.
• Build stakeholder consensus, translate business needs into technical requirements, and explain technical constraints in plain language.
• Design and develop solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and related Power Platform tools.
• Extend solutions with adaptive cards, connectors, triggers, APIs, and integrations when needed.
• Craft prompts and grounding strategies for Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and related AI tools within strict data-control guardrails.
• Test, validate, troubleshoot, document, maintain, and enhance deployed solutions while supporting user adoption.

Requirements

• Three or more years of relevant professional experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience.
• Strong critical thinking, structured reasoning, written and verbal communication, persuasion, diplomacy, and consensus-building skills.
• Hands-on experience with, or strong aptitude to quickly learn, Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, prompt engineering, and large language model behavior.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment with strict data controls, balancing experimentation with compliance and data protection.
• Must be based in the United States and able to collaborate during Eastern Time Zone hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in strategy consulting, teaching, philosophy, logic, mediation, facilitation, or debate.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation architectures, Agile/Scrum delivery, or Power Platform, AI, and Copilot certifications.
