What you will do

• Provide client and participant support by phone and email.
• Process client requests and forms, review information for accuracy, and resolve issues.
• Handle challenging industry questions professionally and de-escalate concerns.
• Assist with technical issues involving the website, app, and forms.
• Update internal processes based on client feedback and participate in trainings and team meetings.
