What you will do

• Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams.
• Build positive client relationships and deliver a high-quality service experience.
• Analyze client requests, account activity, and service trends to identify process improvements.
• Support onboarding, service reviews, product education, and adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, implementation, operations, and support teams to monitor service performance and support client retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, customer experience, marketing, finance, economics, management information systems, information systems, data analytics, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them to productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current and future visa sponsorship are not available for this position.
