Field Linehaul Support Rep (Logistics)

Location: Rosemount, Minnesota, United States; onsite. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 23:00–07:00; the shift ends Saturday morning and hours may vary based on business needs.

Salary: $20.35–$31.73 per hour

What you will do

• Dispatch transportation equipment and cargo shipments according to linehaul plans and schedules.
• Maximize trailer volume while meeting package delivery obligations and maintaining service integrity.
• Enter dispatch events in the transportation management system and verify equipment locations, load status, and trailer conditions through yard inventories and checks.
• Investigate and report schedule delays, accidents, equipment failures, and DOT roadside violations.
• Implement contingency plans for en-route breakdowns or accidents to support on-time delivery.
• Compile operational reports and support Business Control Self Assessment audit activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Dispatch experience preferred.
• Knowledge of linehaul operations, transportation procedures, and DOT regulations.
• Time management, organizational, multitasking, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and implement operational processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.
