Sr. Supply Chain Strategy and Portfolio Manager

Location: Hybrid role based near Portland, Oregon, United States; onsite four days per week

What you will do

• Define strategic visions for Global Supply Chain capability pillars and connect them to customer and enterprise value.
• Build multi-year roadmaps covering initiatives, programs, projects, capabilities, success metrics, and measurable outcomes.
• Sequence, prioritize, and resource capability roadmaps while linking strategy to enterprise and supply chain execution.
• Communicate strategic goals to executives, senior leaders, subject-matter experts, and operational teams.
• Oversee cross-functional programs and projects or coach business leads responsible for delivery.
• Identify risks, dependencies, market trends, and innovation opportunities to accelerate outcomes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of supply chain functional or strategy experience, either internally or in consulting.
• Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and ability to translate vision into action.
• Advanced analytical thinking, stakeholder communication, consensus building, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated program and project management discipline with accountability for measurable results.
• Ability to work onsite near Portland, Oregon, four days per week in a hybrid arrangement.
