What you will do

• Assemble, test, and inspect electro-mechanical products using engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Perform drilling, crimping, screwing, deburring, tapping, and precision measuring.
• Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, and unsafe or questionable conditions.
• Document assembly, testing, and repair activities in established record-keeping systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area according to 5S principles.
• Complete production assignments and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of related electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to follow and communicate verbal and written instructions.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and precision measuring devices preferred.
