What you will do

• Learn about processes, functions, and career opportunities in the managed care industry.
• Contribute to projects across data science, advanced analytics, business intelligence, AI, machine learning, reporting, and healthcare analytics.
• Apply academic knowledge while developing new professional skills.
• Communicate project status and results to mentors and management.
• Research legal, regulatory, and other topics relevant to the assigned function and industry.
• Attend training and professional development presentations and complete other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework.
• Enrollment in a graduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period is required.
• Graduate studies should relate to the hiring department.
• Relevant programs include data science, analytics, statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, information systems, business analytics, biostatistics, public health analytics, and health informatics.
