Associate Manager, Risk Operations (LH-BPO)

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY; Chicago, IL; or Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Salary: New York base salary of $60,000–$130,000 USD; Illinois base salary of $80,000–$125,000 USD. Additional discretionary bonus and/or equity awards may be available.

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance investment data systems and databases.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support dashboards and reporting tools for portfolio analysis.
• Conduct research and generate insights for investment strategies.
• Prepare data-driven materials for internal and external presentations.
• Manage ad hoc data projects and monitor financial market and data trends.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in risk analysis, financial data, or investment operations.
• Experience with investment risk analytics platforms such as MSCI RiskMetrics, Bloomberg MARS, or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Exposure to portfolio risk metrics and scenario analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Progress toward the CFA or a similar certification.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python.
