ECM Operator (2nd Shift) (Aerospace)

Location: Laconia, New Hampshire, United States; onsite. Second shift runs Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM–1:45 AM. Training on the first shift is required.

What you will do

• Perform visual and dimensional checks on materials and machined workpieces.
• Read blueprints and job orders to determine dimensions, tolerances, tooling instructions, and the sequence of operations.
• Select, position, and secure tubing in saw equipment.
• Set feeds, speeds, cutting depths, fixtures, and feeding devices for machining operations.
• Operate the machine and verify that finished workpieces conform to specifications.
• Stand, walk, use hand tools, and occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to three months of related experience or training is acceptable.
• Ability to read blueprints or job orders and follow dimensional, tolerance, and tooling requirements.
• Ability to work consistently, regularly, and predictably on time.
• Ability to meet the physical and visual requirements of the role, including close vision and focus adjustment.
• Must be available for onsite work in Laconia, New Hampshire, and train on the first shift.
