What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and required capabilities.
• Source and engage talent through direct sourcing, networking, talent mapping, referrals, social media, and other attraction channels.
• Develop talent pipelines across multiple skill areas and jurisdictions.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from attraction and assessment through offers and onboarding.
• Provide market insights, talent intelligence, recruitment advice, and competitive offer guidance.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, monitor recruitment analytics, and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end, 360 recruitment in professional services, financial services, or a similarly complex environment.
• Experience supporting recruitment across multiple jurisdictions and managing global hiring requirements.
• Strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated experience in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and building talent pipelines.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, with a focus on data accuracy, compliance, and reporting.
• Ability to interpret recruitment data, manage multiple priorities, and provide a high standard of candidate care.
