Senior Digital Designer (AI)

hirify.global is a woman-founded B2B SaaS company developing hirify.global One, a marketing and customer engagement platform with AI, customer data, personalization, and journey orchestration capabilities.

What you will do

• Evolve the hirify.global One visual identity and create distinctive digital experiences with the Creative Director.
• Build and document scalable Figma brand systems, including components, variables, grids, templates, iconography, typography, and image treatments.
• Design websites, landing pages, launch experiences, and microsites from information structure and wireframes through responsive, developer-ready execution.
• Collaborate with the Website Development Team on interactions, accessibility, performance, handoff, and detailed design QA.
• Create reusable templates and self-service systems that help global marketing teams produce consistent work efficiently.
• Use Claude, Adobe AI tools, and Model Context Protocol workflows for research, prototyping, automation, documentation, and developer handoff.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in brand, visual, digital, or web design in B2B SaaS, technology, studio, or agency environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated brand systems, responsive web design, digital campaigns, and technology storytelling.
• Expert Figma skills, including Auto Layout, components, variants, variables, libraries, prototyping, responsive systems, and developer handoff.
• High professional proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and strong visual craft across typography, layout, composition, grids, color, imagery, and digital art direction.
• Knowledge of web and UX principles, including responsive behavior, accessibility, conversion, performance, interaction, and technical constraints.
• Practical experience with WordPress, developer collaboration, implementation validation, AI tools such as Claude and Adobe Firefly, and Model Context Protocol workflows.
