Focus on prioritizing GA4-driven roadmaps, running reliable A/B tests, optimizing funnels, and ensuring high-quality releases across multiple markets.

About this role.

Docplanner is seeking a Global Web Growth Project Manager to own performance across a B2B web ecosystem of more than 30 multilingual, multi-market websites. The role is accountable for web growth targets, particularly form submissions, marketing-qualified leads, and conversion outcomes. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional initiatives, running CRO and A/B testing programs, optimizing landing pages and funnels, and ensuring rigorous web QA. The successful candidate will use analytics platforms such as GA4 and GSC to turn insights into prioritized optimization roadmaps. This is a hands-on, results-oriented project leadership role requiring strong stakeholder management across marketing, design, development, and analytics teams.

Sample interview questions

How would you prioritize optimization work across more than 30 websites and several markets?

I would establish a common KPI framework centered on conversion volume, conversion rate, traffic quality, and business impact. I would score opportunities by expected impact, confidence, effort, and strategic market priority, then maintain a transparent roadmap that is reviewed regularly with marketing, analytics, design, and development stakeholders.

Describe how you would use GA4 to identify an opportunity to improve MQL generation.

I would map the funnel from acquisition channel through key page views, form starts, form submissions, and qualified-lead outcomes. I would segment results by market, device, channel, landing page, and user behavior to identify meaningful drop-offs, validate the finding with qualitative evidence where available, and define a measurable test hypothesis.

What makes an A/B test reliable, and how would you communicate its outcome?

A reliable test starts with a clear hypothesis, a primary success metric, guardrail metrics, an appropriate audience, and a pre-defined duration or sample-size threshold. I would communicate the business context, observed result, confidence level, segment findings, implementation recommendation, and any follow-up learning rather than presenting a result as definitive without sufficient evidence.

How would you manage conflict when marketing needs a rapid campaign launch but the development team has competing priorities?

I would clarify the campaign's expected impact, deadline, technical scope, and risks, then work with both teams to identify options such as a reduced viable launch, phased delivery, or a temporary CMS-based solution. I would document the decision, owners, and trade-offs so that urgency does not compromise quality or create hidden delivery expectations.

What QA process would you apply before releasing changes to a multilingual lead-generation site?

I would use a release checklist covering functional behavior, form tracking, analytics events, SEO fundamentals, responsive design, performance, accessibility, browser compatibility, and localization accuracy. I would validate critical conversion paths in each affected market, define rollback procedures, and monitor key metrics immediately after launch for unexpected regressions.
