What you will do

• Meet regularly with customers to understand goals, priorities, processes, and challenges related to supported applications.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and support for Colleague business operations after implementation.
• Plan and deploy changes, upgrades, patches, new modules, and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues across Colleague and related technologies.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and promote use of hirify.global documentation, communities, and support resources.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hirify.global product technical experience in a customer-facing role.
• Hands-on Colleague technical support, application administration, patching, upgrades, architecture, and data-layer experience.
• Experience with SSO configuration and support, including CAS and SAML2 protocols.
• Experience administering hirify.global Ethos Integration, UniData, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, Microsoft T-SQL, and shell scripting.
• Strong customer-service focus, initiative, ability to work independently, and ability to manage concurrent activities.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Experience with Colleague ODS, Entrinsik Informer, SAP Business Objects, hirify.global Analytics, hirify.global Workflow, Ethos Identity Services, hirify.global CRM Recruit, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Microsoft or AWS certifications.
• Linux or Microsoft Windows Server administration experience.
• Project management or team leadership experience.
