Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Remote in the United States only; optional in-person collaboration at the Arlington, VA office. Some overnight travel may be required for client and team engagements.

What you will do

• Learn and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Cobalt no-code solutions for client implementations.
• Guide clients on best practices for using Cobalt and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Lead requirements-gathering and discovery sessions, translating business processes into system configurations.
• Support business analysis, functional documentation, quality assurance, database configuration, and system configuration throughout the software development life cycle.
• Support data conversion and migration from legacy systems into Cobalt.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, client expectations, and multiple concurrent implementations with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in software implementation, CRM or AMS consulting, or client-facing professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience configuring a CRM or AMS platform such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data migration concepts, plus strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
