Delivery Analyst, Compliance - Americas (GRC)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Hybrid work model with an expectation to work onsite at least 50% of the time when within commuting distance of a hirify.global office.

Salary: CAD 56,000–70,000 per year.

What you will do

• Deliver Professional Services throughout the customer journey and product enablement lifecycle.
• Configure and implement hirify.global products using established methodologies and guide customers on best practices.
• Understand customer program goals, data collection processes, and solution requirements.
• Assess source data and document structures, define migration scope, and prepare mapping requirements.
• Cleanse, transform, load, and validate entity records, documents, relationships, and metadata for migration.
• Participate in migration testing, reconciliation, cutover, post-migration verification, and customer issue resolution.

Requirements

• Approximately 12 or more months of experience in consulting, Professional Services, SaaS implementation, customer success, or a related client-facing role.
• Understanding of, or willingness to learn, GRC disciplines including governance, risk, audit, compliance, internal controls, or information security.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to support presentations and workshops.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Passion for GRC and willingness to learn new skills in a changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with GRC or analytics tools.
• Experience with platform-based products or solutions.
• Undergraduate degree in business administration, risk management, accounting and audit, compliance management, legal and ethics, supply chain management, engineering, information security, MIS, or a related field.
