What you will do

• Manage customer pricing agreements from request and approval through customer communication.
• Process pricing requests, quotations, updates, transfer prices, renewals, and expirations.
• Maintain accurate pricing data across ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
• Identify and implement improvements to pricing processes, tools, and controls.
• Resolve customer data issues and maintain clear approval and audit trails.
• Create reports and dashboards, support system testing, and train colleagues on pricing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in pricing, customer service, commercial support, business operations, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Professional English communication skills required.
