Associate Vice President, Enterprise Digital Platforms (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $203,400–$279,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Define the multi-year vision, product strategy, investment roadmap, and adoption agenda for the enterprise digital platform portfolio.
• Lead platform products including Adobe Experience Platform capabilities, consent and preference management, digital health services, the enterprise design system, content, and reusable digital assets.
• Drive adoption across web, mobile, and associate experiences through enablement, standards, governance, playbooks, and communities of practice.
• Establish portfolio decision rights, prioritization processes, contribution standards, lifecycle management, and investment review practices.
• Partner with business, design, technology, and engineering leaders to align product, architecture, and delivery roadmaps.
• Lead directors, senior product leaders, and persistent cross-functional teams while measuring adoption, reuse, accessibility, business impact, cost reduction, and return on investment.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of progressive leadership experience in product management, platform strategy, digital transformation, MarTech, experience design enablement, or a related field.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale portfolios and teams within a product operating model using outcome-based roadmaps and evidence-based investment decisions.
• Experience with customer-engagement and experience-enablement platforms, including customer data, journey orchestration, content management, consent, personalization, analytics, design systems, or reusable digital services.
• Understanding of design systems as platform products, including reusable components, accessibility, governance, contribution models, and adoption.
• Strong business and financial acumen, executive influence, communication skills, and experience leading senior leaders across business, design, and technology.
• Work must be performed remotely from within the United States, with a dedicated workspace protecting member PHI and HIPAA information and internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• Product leadership experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experience with next-best-action, decisioning, AI- or machine-learning-driven personalization, propensity models, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience in healthcare, financial services, insurance, or another highly regulated consumer industry.
• Experience rationalizing platforms, increasing capability reuse, and retiring duplicative technologies or solutions.
