Pathway Development Specialist (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead initiatives to improve the safe connectivity, integration, and interoperability of clinical systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal commercial and clinical teams on digital technology development and adoption.
• Drive digital solutions and process improvements that enhance patient outcomes using data-driven and evidence-based practices.
• Support connected medical device workflow implementation and identify improvements before and after installations.
• Identify risks in manual workflows and implement measures to improve patient safety.
• Align digital transformation initiatives with business objectives, market opportunities, growth, and innovation.

Requirements

• Background in nursing, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field.
• Confirmed experience leading digital transformation initiatives in healthcare or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, electronic health records, and healthcare IT systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to engage customers at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel nationally is required.

Nice to have

• Certification as a Nurse Informatics CNIO or Clinical Nurse Informatics Officer.
