Technical Administrator (eQMS)

What you will do

• Administer the electronic Quality Management System across seven sites, including user accounts, form configurations, approval paths, and system maintenance.
• Deliver eQMS training, provide troubleshooting support, and manage group-wide policies and technical procedures.
• Monitor customer and retailer complaint portals, coordinate fulfillment-related investigations, cleanse complaint data, and prepare quality reports.
• Support root-cause analysis investigations for central and site technical teams.
• Maintain the audit calendar, track supplier certifications, organize audit documentation, and monitor NCR and SCAR actions.
• Support sites during low-resource periods and coordinate weekly technical update meetings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Technical Administration, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Experience with digital platforms, databases, or electronic Quality Management Systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills for training site users and handling customer inquiries professionally.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tracking systems and timelines.
• Ability to work on-site in Warrington, United Kingdom.
