Senior Analyst: Security Compliance & Assurance (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States, except California. Up to 5% travel may be required, and onsite interviews or in-person onboarding may be required regardless of location.

What you will do

• Coordinate internal, external, and regulatory audits covering SOC, FFIEC, SOX, ISO, PCI, and NIST frameworks.
• Manage the full audit lifecycle, including evidence collection, control interpretation, and audit readiness.
• Validate control design and operating effectiveness, track compliance gaps and remediation actions, and monitor SLA adherence.
• Support cloud-native compliance and SOC readiness across Google Cloud and Azure environments.
• Oversee vulnerability management, risk exceptions, third-party reviews, client due diligence, and risk treatment documentation.
• Maintain unified security governance artifacts and prepare leadership-level compliance metrics and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience coordinating IT compliance and audit activities.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native compliance expectations across multiple platforms.
• Advanced understanding of SOC, FFIEC, ISO, PCI, SOX, or NIST controls and mapping.
• Experience reviewing evidence quality, evaluating remediation plans, and coordinating audit readiness independently.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship and support are not available now or in the future.

• CISA, CISM, CCSK, CISSP, GIAC, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or other cloud-related certifications.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and project management skills.
• Ability to interpret control requirements and guide business partners while maintaining confidentiality.
