Senior Staff Software Engineer, Partner Integrations (FinTech)

Location: Remote; compensation tiers are based on primary work location in the USA. Roles posted in New York, San Francisco, and Salt Lake City are hybrid with on-site expectations, but this role is listed as remote.

Salary: $204,000–$255,000 for Tier 3 locations, $216,000–$270,000 for Tier 2 locations, or $240,000–$300,000 for Tier 1 locations, depending on work location, experience, qualifications, and internal leveling.

What you will do

• Own the technical roadmap for the Partner Integrations team.
• Design and develop APIs, SDKs, web experiences, and partner integration products.
• Standardize APIs, tools, and processes for external data-sharing and payment connections.
• Lead the delivery of multiple high-impact products from design through production.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Infrastructure, Sales, Partner, and Customer Success teams.
• Remain hands-on while improving code quality, architecture, delivery consistency, and business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on technical leadership.
• Experience delivering multiple high-impact products end to end and aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with FinTech and major payment rails, external partner integrations, and external stakeholder relationships.
• Experience working with Sales stakeholders or building products for sales professionals.
• Experience building applications on AWS and working with a globally distributed team.
