Product Engineering Cooperation - Backend or Fullstack | B2B

Location: Remote

Compensation: Up to 30,000 PLN net per month, depending on experience and the agreed scope of services.

What you will do

• Own technical solutions end to end, from problem discovery and feasibility validation through implementation, testing, release, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Lead backend services or deliver complete customer-facing features across frontend and backend.
• Make technical decisions balancing customer value, delivery speed, maintainability, and operational risk.
• Use AI-augmented development workflows, including Claude Code, MCP servers, agents, and internal tooling.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Identify recurring problems and improve products, systems, and engineering practices.

Requirements

• Commercial experience in either backend engineering with PHP and Laravel or Symfony, or full-stack engineering with TypeScript, JavaScript, and Vue.js.
• Backend-led candidates should understand business logic, data modelling, REST APIs, integrations, distributed systems, databases, caching, queues, Docker, CI/CD, and production infrastructure.
• Full-stack candidates should understand component architecture, state management, frontend performance, UX, accessibility, APIs, databases, caching, backend integrations, PHP, and Laravel.
• Experience shipping software used by real customers and owning technical outcomes beyond implementation and code review.
• Comfort with technical discovery, trade-offs, cross-functional collaboration, testing, and production quality.
• Comfortable communication in Polish and English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, MCP servers, agents, or internal AI tooling.
• Production experience with Event Sourcing or CQRS.
• Experience building side projects, design systems, component libraries, caching solutions, queues, service boundaries, or complex integrations.
