Corporate Responsibility Analyst (EHS)

What you will do

• Collect, validate, and consolidate EHS and sustainability data from internal systems, facilities, and third-party sources.
• Track energy, emissions, waste, water, and safety incident data across global sites.
• Maintain data collection processes, templates, tracking tools, documentation, and audit trails.
• Analyze trends to identify performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards and support CDP, GRI, SASB, and customer or investor ESG disclosures.
• Maintain corporate responsibility resources, manage data governance, and respond to ad hoc data requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, EHS, business, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge or experience in EHS, sustainability, ESG reporting, or a related analyst role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with EHS or GHG accounting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data findings to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple data sources and reporting deadlines independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with GRI, SASB, CDP, or TCFD reporting frameworks.
• Experience with EHS management systems or environmental data platforms.
• Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, or other environmental and safety regulations.
