Data Analyst

Location: On-site at the San Antonio Field Office, San Antonio, Texas, United States

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually

What you will do

• Analyze ICE mission data, processes, field operations, strategic planning, and mission systems.
• Develop dashboards, analytics tools, templates, reports, and visualizations for field metrics using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, scrum teams, project managers, officers, and contractors to collect information and respond to requests and ad hoc assignments.
• Perform gap analysis, assess project and process effectiveness, and recommend efficient solutions.
• Document and communicate information for business and technical audiences, translating complex issues into concise narratives and presentations.
• Analyze changing requirements and support timely execution of solutions and tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience, or commensurate experience, in dynamic customer delivery environments.
• US citizenship required.
• Ability to attain and maintain DHS clearance required.

Nice to have

• Experience translating ICE mission needs into reports, taskings, and data analytics execution.
• Strong data analytics, oral communication, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead data analytics development and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to change direction while tracking and executing ongoing tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively across varied situations and understanding of roles and responsibilities on large-scale IT projects.
