Silk Screen Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Set up and operate screen-printing, screen-burning, and screen-developing machinery.
• Rotate across work cells as directed by the supervisor or cell leader.
• Pack finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area according to housekeeping procedures.
• Participate in cell improvements and help implement process changes.
• Perform work according to established quality standards and customer requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.
• Experience with silk screening and silk-screen machinery.
• Knowledge of print media and color combinations.
• Manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to use hand and power tools and measuring devices.
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and customer orders; lift up to 30 pounds; work off-shift hours and overtime when required.
