Lien Resolution Coordinator (Personal Injury): Managing liens, case expenses, settlement statements, and client disbursements for a remote personal injury law practice with an accent on financial accuracy, documentation, and provider coordination. Focus on tracking balances, resolving discrepancies, coordinating payments and wire transfers, and maintaining accurate case records during settlement resolution.

Location: Fully remote; Brazil and Latin America preferred. Working hours: 9 am–5 pm EST. US Federal Holidays observed.

Salary: $800–$1,200 per month

What you will do

  • Review case expenses, settlement statements, and financial records.
  • Track liens, balances, provider negotiations, and client disbursements.
  • Maintain case documentation in CloudLex and shared folders.
  • Coordinate payments, invoices, deposits, and wire transfers.
  • Identify financial discrepancies and ensure their timely resolution.
  • Respond to settlement-related inquiries from attorneys, staff, and vendors.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of settlement coordination experience.
  • Knowledge of settlements, liens, and case resolution processes.
  • Experience with CloudLex, QuickBooks, Excel, or similar tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, organization, communication, and time management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with a personal injury law firm.
