operates a SaaS platform that connects plaintiff law firms with expert witnesses, litigation research, physician consultations, and due diligence services.
What you will do
- Lead case intake conversations with attorney clients and analyze their case theories.
- Develop targeted expert witness search strategies and translate legal needs into research parameters.
- Oversee client engagements from intake through delivery, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
- Build relationships with attorney clients and present findings and recommendations.
- Identify and resolve challenges while advising clients throughout the litigation process.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree.
- 1–3 years of client or customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be located in the PST time zone.
