Data Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; work arrangement: on-site

Salary: $150,000–$220,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global builds modern ERP software for finance teams, combining accounting, close, and reporting in one system while using AI agents to automate ERP implementations.

What you will do

• Design and build reliable pipelines that move financial data from ERP systems, data warehouses, payment systems, and other sources into hirify.global.
• Maintain live synchronization of customer financial data after implementation.
• Develop major capabilities for the AI agent that automates customer implementations.
• Partner with implementation specialists to understand customer data and turn transformation needs into platform capabilities.
• Contribute to Ember, the shared agent stack powering hirify.global’s AI products.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals with Python and Next.js/React.
• Experience building and operating data pipelines.
• Ability to build frameworks and tooling, not only business logic.
• Self-driven and autonomous approach to owning work and leading projects to completion.
• Comfort working with agility and ambiguity in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake.
• Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered systems.
