Senior Product Manager (Health Tech)

Location: UK — remote-first or hybrid, with occasional London and client travel

Salary: £75,000–£92,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the long-term vision and product strategy for a core product area.
• Identify and validate new opportunities through customer insight, product data, and user research.
• Lead a cross-functional engineering and design squad through product delivery.
• Balance individual customer requirements with scalable product development.
• Work with commercial and marketing teams to understand customer needs and bring new capabilities to market.

Requirements

• Strong experience owning complex B2B SaaS products.
• Ability to combine product strategy with hands-on delivery.
• Excellent product discovery and user research experience.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritise decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering and design squads.
• Comfort working with established products and earlier-stage 0→1 initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthtech, healthcare, or the NHS.
