TL;DR

Location: Wrocław, Poland; office-based 4 days per week, with 1 flexible day

What you will do
- Lead daily cash positioning by analyzing global cash balances, liquidity, surpluses, and shortfalls.
- Coordinate intercompany loans, deposits, bank guarantees, funding arrangements, and cross-regional treasury activities.
- Oversee FX trade settlements and the settlement, reporting, and analysis of bonds, commercial paper, investments, and other financial instruments.
- Manage intercompany netting and payments-on-behalf-of processes, including reconciliation of intercompany balances.
- Prepare treasury reports and analysis for senior management and internal and external stakeholders.
- Support banking relationships and deliver global or EMEA treasury transformation and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in treasury, finance operations, accounting, banking, or a related function.
- Foundational understanding of treasury operations and cash management principles.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, organization, and time management.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders across regions and functions.
- Availability to work from the Wrocław office 4 days per week, with the remaining day flexible.
Nice to have
- Experience in a multinational company, shared service environment, or banking environment.
- Familiarity with Kyriba, SAP, or Power BI.
- Willingness to improve processes and develop treasury expertise in a global environment.
