Principal AI Solutions Architect, Customer Success (AI)

Location: Remote, US-based; North Carolina, USA

Salary: $134,300–$236,100 base compensation, with potential commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical engagements with strategic customers, from discovery and architecture through deployment, optimization, and expansion.
• Design scalable AI solutions across hirify.global Cloud, agentic AI, conversational AI, automation, data, and omnichannel customer experience platforms.
• Develop reference architectures, integration patterns, data flows, governance approaches, and enterprise implementation roadmaps.
• Deliver rapid proofs of concept and minimum viable products using hirify.global Cloud AI Studio, Agentic Virtual Agents, Copilots, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and LLM services.
• Evaluate production performance against customer KPIs, improve AI solutions, and identify opportunities for sustained value realization.
• Advise executives and cross-functional specialists while promoting responsible AI, security, privacy, safety, compliance, PCI, and HIPAA controls.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience consulting on, implementing, architecting, or supporting enterprise CX, CRM, AI, automation, or experience orchestration platforms.
• Demonstrated success deploying enterprise AI, automation, conversational AI, or data-driven solutions in complex customer environments.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or comparable cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, JSON, data pipelines, LLM service integration, contact center platforms, NLP, and CX analytics.
• Understanding of enterprise AI governance, security, privacy, regulatory requirements, and the connection between architecture decisions and customer KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer journey mapping, omnichannel CX, process redesign, change management, or large-scale technology transformation.
• Experience creating reusable reference architectures, implementation patterns, technical accelerators, or AI governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, financial services, retail, or public-sector environments.
